Rajdhani Zero Halogen Minimum Smoke Single Core Unsheathed Copper Cables Having Compact Circular Unify Conductors For Voltage up to 1100 Volts AC.

Conductor: Thin starands of Electrolytic Copper are multi-draw simultaneously for uniformity of Resistance, Dimension, Flexibility etc.The draw standers are are collected and uni-laid in high precision machines and further compacted. The perfectly circular conductor thus formed is intergral and compact. This enables reduction in overrall diameter for space saving in high density wiring. The strands do not get cut when stripping the insulation. The Conductor offers perfect Contact at pins, terminals and sockets. This eliminates spot heating and sparking.
Insulation: Specially formulated grade of Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) compound is used. The performance of the cable in fire situation is exceptionally good. The insulation does not burn readily. It does not melt and drip to spread fire. The smoke is negligible, transparent and non-toxic. The victims trapped in the fire do not suffer suffocation, can be evacuated with less difficulty, and the fire fighting is more convenient and effective. Unlike PVC, the smoke emitted is non corrosive. Thus the electronic printed circuit boards and hard disks are unaffected. Indeed, FIREWALL-HFFR wire fights fire even before you dial the Fire Brigade.

HFFR insulation is environment friendly and it saves human lives.

Colours: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green Packing: 90 mtrs. (Approx. 100 yards) coils packed in protective cartons; jumbo coils in special payout boxes also available to help reduce wastage at the time of installation. Flame Retardant Low Smoke Single Core Unsheathed Flexible Copper Cables Having High Current Rating for Voltages up to 1100 Volts AC. Conductor: Specially formulated high temperature grade of Flame Retardant Low Smoke compound restricts the spread of flame in the fire situation. The smoke emitted by the burning cable is also less as compared to traditional cables. This offers improved visibility for evacuation of trapped victims and facilitates fire fighting operation. Colours: Entire cable has White base and a double strip of Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green running along the length of the cable. Packing: 90 mtrs. Rajdhani single core flexible tri-rated cables have been specifically designed for use in the switch, control panels, relays and instrumentation panels of power switchgear and for purposes such as internal connectors in rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers.The entire range is available with following constructions. Rajdhani’s Conductor:Nicely bunched high purity bright, electrolytic grade, annealed copper with superb flexibility according to harmonized grades HO5V-K and HO7V-K available in various sizes from 0.5 sq. mm to 120 sq. mm. Unify conductor will be provided on special order from 0.75 sq. mm to 4sq. mm. Insulation: Generally available with 105°C HRPVC insulation; choice of insulation is available on special order.
